Have insurance? We are more than happy to bill insurance for labs and imaging. You can also use your insurance for medications filled at a pharmacy. However, you may find that our at-cost rates are less than what you typically pay out-of-pocket with insurance.
There are no enrollment fees to join.
Good primary care is based on a long-term relationship, so we hope that you keep this membership long-term. If you feel that this membership is not serving your healthcare needs, you can cancel at any time and we will forward your records to your new primary care physician.
